The typical risks of your sector

Fine exposure
Not having a prevention program is an offence under s. 236 AOHS — from $2,115 to $4,226 per offence for a legal person (first offence, 2026). If the absence of measures contributes to compromising a worker's health or safety, s. 237 AOHS applies: from $21,127 to $84,519 per offence, and up to more than $400,000 for repeat offences.
